Chris Williamson first became known in 2015, when he appeared on the first season of the UK’s Love Island as a model and nightclub promoter. But instead of fame, the experience left him with an identity crisis. He felt, as he puts it, "like a fraud".
So he started looking for answers. He devoured personal development books and began asking the questions no one else was asking him. In 2018, he bought a USB microphone, propped his phone on a stack of books, and launched a podcast called "Modern Wisdom" from his office.
The idea was simple: to sit down with the smartest people on the planet and learn from them, live. What started as personal curiosity became a phenomenon. Today, Modern Wisdom has passed a billion downloads and is one of the most listened-to podcasts in the world.
Outside of content creation, Chris is also the co-founder of Neutonic, a brand that formulates functional beverages and nootropic supplements designed to enhance focus, productivity, and cognitive energy.
