Alain Cardon Has been actively developing the European systemic coaching community since 2002, both training coaches and developing the professional market.
He is a prolific writer, having authored 25 books since 1979 and numerous articles on his profession, management, entrepreneurship, communication, personal and professional development.
He is an active ambassador for the 18 000-strong French-speaking Coach-Synergie community and an ICF Master Certified Coach since 2002.
Today, he is particularly focused on coaching for deep cultural change in leadership teams and larger organizations. He also leads coaching schools in France and Romania.
