Multiple National & Balkan Champion, National Record Holder (since 2010), Co-founder of Aquaholix Swimming Club, Fitness and Swimming Personal Trainer
Emma Parfenie is bringing performance discipline and long-term physical intelligence to FOMO 2026.
A former performance athlete for 16 years in competitive swimming, she received the title of Master of Sport at just 15 years old. She is a multiple National and Balkan Champion and still holds a national record set in 2010 that remains unbeaten. Today, she is the co-founder of Aquaholix Swimming Club and works as a personal trainer in both fitness and swimming, dedicating her work to helping people rethink their relationship with sport.
Through functional training designed for the modern body, constantly exposed to stress and limited recovery, she focuses on improving long-term physical and emotional resilience. She balances professional performance with family life, building a rhythm that supports both strength and sustainability.
