Raluca Haulica is the founder of Alura, a Romanian footwear brand built around a simple idea: women shouldn’t have to choose between style and comfort.
What started from a personal frustration grew into a fast-scaling business with over 20,000 customers and a strong presence on platforms like Zalando and Fashion Days. Positioned in the affordable luxury segment, Alura combines craftsmanship, clean design, and a clear focus on how products are actually experienced in everyday life. With a background in Literature, experience in corporate HR, and a fast-track MBA at BISM, Raluca brings together analytical thinking and storytelling in the way she builds brands. Beyond Alura, she is also the founder of Female Founders Club, a community of women entrepreneurs built around learning, support, and shared experiences.
