As a national skydiving champion, instructor, and examiner, Alina has played a huge role in shaping the skydiving industry in Eastern Europe. She’s helped grow TNT Brothers into the leading skydiving operation in the region, building a community of over 21,000 members and facilitating 25,000+ tandem jumps.

Alina is also a seasoned strategist and project manager, having secured over €1 billion in EU funding for large-scale initiatives. She’s helped design policies, optimize operations, and lead complex projects in private and public sectors. Regardless if she is in freefall or a boardroom, Alina thrives on pushing boundaries, taking smart risks, and helping people and businesses reach new heights. Literally and figuratively.
