Radu Atanasiu is passionate about making better decisions in both boardrooms and daily life. As Associate Dean at BiSM (Bucharest International School of Management), he teaches, researches, and writes about strategic decision-making, critical thinking, and the role of failure in success. He’s the author of two books published in Germany and the Netherlands, a regular contributor to Revista Biz and Psychology Today, and co-host of Decizii cu Cap, a MindArchitect podcast exploring the psychology of decision-making.

Beyond academia, Radu invests in local tech startups, develops digital tools for more intelligent business meetings, and constantly seeks new ways to challenge conventional thinking. And when he’s not doing all that? He’s running marathons, often in Mickey Mouse ears.
