Ana Cojocaru is the Community Manager at AmpliFY ONG, an initiative dedicated to strengthening the social impact sector in Romania. AmpliFY aims to foster a thriving, sustainable, and innovative ecosystem where civil society actors collaborate as a purpose-driven community.
With a law and international development background, Ana brings experience across human rights, technology, and civil society capacity building. Her work focuses on using data collection and impact evaluation to drive meaningful change, particularly in vulnerable communities.
In her role, Ana supports a national network of over 300 NGOs, designing tailored programmes and support systems that respond to real community needs. She helps build cross-sector ecosystems where innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact come together.
