Cesar Bitlan is the creative force behind The Takeovers. He’s spent years shaping Bucharest’s hip-hop culture, always staying true to one core belief: if you want to be relatable, you’ve got to be real.
It all started in 2018 when Cesar and his partner Vlad launched Hip Hop Takeovers, a series of high-energy events that quickly became the go-to spot for hip-hop lovers. From underground anthems to global stars like Ty Dolla $ign, Hip Hop Takeovers has thrown over 68 unforgettable parties, proving that Romania’s hip-hop scene is thriving. But Cesar’s vision goes beyond the party. With Takeovers Studios, he’s creating a space where creativity, music, and business collide, most recently teaming up with Sovereign Brands to bring their immersive HQ to Bucharest.
