As the CEO & founder of Humans.ai, he’s pioneering decentralized AI and blockchain solutions that put power back in people’s hands. Under his leadership, Humans.ai launched H1uman, an AI worker helping businesses, governments, and entire industries work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

From ION, the first AI advisor to the Romanian government, to AI-driven citizen outreach in India, Sabin’s innovations are reshaping how AI serves society. A sought-after voice on the future of AI, Sabin has shared his vision at the UN General Assembly, COP28 in Dubai, and even NASA’s Berkeley Innovation Forum. Now, as a UC Berkeley fellow, he’s researching, writing, and leading the conversation on how AI can empower, not replace humanity. In his entrepreneurial journey, Dima has also founded several companies, creating one of the first social platforms in the Middle East. He co-founded one of Romania’s first tech investment funds and has since launched and invested in multiple ventures.
